Circumstances in which you can apply for return or exchange:

  • The product was damaged, leaked , or the packaging was obviously incomplete during delivery

  • The actual product you received does not match what you ordered (such as quantity or flavor)

  • The product has an abnormal expiration date (less than 30 days)

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product and provide the following information:

  • Photos of the product and the box

  • Shipping order photo

  • Problem Description

Returns and exchanges are not accepted in the following situations:

  • Personal subjective feelings about flavor and bubbles are inconsistent

  • The product has been opened, consumed, or improperly stored (such as high temperature, exposure to sunlight, or freezing)

  • Exceeded the application deadline (no contact within 48 hours)

  • Purchasing products from non-official channels (such as third-party auctions or resale platforms)


Processing flow:

  1. Contact customer service and provide relevant photos and instructions

  2. After confirmation, we will arrange the return or re-shipment procedure

  3. If a refund is required, we will complete the refund within 5-7 business days after receiving the complete returned goods (refund to the original payment method)

  • Each batch of honey sparkling drink is made with pure natural flavor. The flavor may vary slightly with the season, which is a normal phenomenon of product characteristics.
